Data Analyst

About the Role

NeuralTrix AI was seeking a Data Analyst to turn business and operational data into clear, actionable insights for our clients and AI projects, and to support the preparation and evaluation of datasets used by our models.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Preparation

Gather, clean and validate data from databases, spreadsheets and APIs to create reliable, analysis-ready datasets.

Analysis & Insights

Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Dashboards & Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.

AI Project Support

Prepare training and evaluation datasets and help measure the accuracy and business impact of AI models.

Data Quality & Documentation

Define data quality checks and document data sources, definitions and analysis methods.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in data analysis. Candidates with strong academic or internship projects were considered.

Skills & Competencies

Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel

Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis

Power BI, Tableau or Looker for visualisation

Sound statistical reasoning and attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication
